7th & 8th
graders: Don’t forget to turn in your End-of-Year Reward
permission slips. If you don’t turn them in you cannot
participate in ANY of the End-of-Year activities for your grade.

Students: Remember that due to
safety issues, glass bottles are not allowed on campus. If
you bring a glass bottle onto campus, it will be confiscated.
· The
Study Center will be open afterschool again starting April 2nd
every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for an hour after school
for the first 35 students who get there with their school i.d.
· We
are glad to announce the Student/Parent Portal is now working
again! If you or your parents need to create an account please
stop by the office to pick up an authorization form. Once you
have it complete and signed by your parent please return it to
Mrs. Summerson and she will give you the access codes for your
individual account. Or your parent is always welcome to stop by
the office and show their i.d. to get your access codes.
· If
you lost your cell phone, please stop by the office and be ready
to describe your phone to Mrs. Clem. Also, check the lost and
found bin outside the attendance office. Anything left after
today will be donated.
- Spring Break is next
week! School will be closed Monday, March 25th
through Friday, March 29th.
· Glee
will be having two rehearsals the week after Spring Break,
Tuesday April 2, and Thursday April 4 in Room 406 from 8-8:45
AM. Thursday we will be taking our yearbook picture so wear a
button up white shirt and black pants.
- Kick
off your spring break at Barnes and Noble Booksellers in
Oceanside tomorrow, Saturday, March 23 from 3-6pm. Meet
best-selling teen fiction authors Kiersten White, Tahereh Mafi,
Ransom Riggs and Debra Driza. Be there to get your copy signed
and hear them discuss their books. Search high and low in a
store-wide scavenger hunt for prizes. Everything you buy, from
books to food from the café, goes to help our library buy the
latest new books this spring! Your language arts teacher will
have a flier for you with all the information. Don’t forget to
tell your friends and family to join us! If you can’t make it
to the store, you can also purchase online by using the code
on your flier. See Mrs. Mathias in the library if you have any
