Palm Tree Plaza Shopping Center

Dear Parents,

As the management team of the Palm Tree Plaza Shopping Center, we want to send a friendly reminder to use school property only for all pick-ups and drop-offs of your children.

We have received several complaints from our Tenants, as well as their customers that the increased stop-and-go traffic makes it impossible to shop and businesses are suffering. Please respect the shop owners and help support them by limiting this troublesome traffic situation. The City of Oceanside has asked that we remind you that blocking the emergency fire lanes is against the law and fines will be assessed.

It is our goal to maintain an amicable relationship with Madison Middle School, as well as a good working relationship with our tenants and the patrons of the shopping center.
