AP Registration Letter!

Dear Parent and AP Student:

Congratulations for participating in the challenging AP program!  I am confident that your hard work and diligent studies will soon pay off.   Registration for Advanced Placement exams will take place February 7 – 25, 2011.   Students should follow the Registration Process outlined on the back of this letter.  You may also need this information:

• If you believe that your family qualifies for a fee waiver, please have your son or daughter see me as soon as possible for a Fee Waiver Application.

• If paying by check, please make your check payable to Vista High School.

• Please adhere to the deadline of February 25, 2011.  I am obligated to meet College Board deadlines and cannot extend our finance office deadlines.  Please understand also that I cannot offer refunds if students register in error or change their minds about exams.

• AP Testing dates are attached.  If you are an IB student and have a schedule conflict, please see the Honors Coordinator as soon as possible.

• Parents, please sign and return this form with the registration filled in on the back, to show that you have read and understand the process for AP exam registration.

• Please email me if you have any questions or concerns.  I will be happy to help you out in any way I can.
