9th Grade Registration PROCEDURES

for New & Private School Students

**Counseling Office**

3:00 p.m. (paperwork must  be completed and turned in before June 2nd.) 

PLEASE BRING:        

1) Immunization Records (Ask your current school for a copy)

2) Completed Enrollment Packet

3)  Verification of Residency Form and 2 Proofs of Address

            Acceptable: current SDG&E bill                         NOT Acceptable:   rental receipt

                      rental/lease agreement                                                        telephone bill

                      deed of trust                                                                         trash bill

                      final escrow papers for new home                         

                      mortgage payment receipts/coupons                         

                     property tax receipt, cable or water bill

4)      Any report cards, test scores, or transcript from 8th grade

BOTH Student and Parent/Legal Guardian

SHOULD ATTEND Registration

Bring your completed paperwork to the Counseling Office prior to April 25th.    This process will definitely speed up the process !
