Registration days for the 2011/2012 school year will take place on the following days:
Thursday, August 11 9th Grade 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Friday, August 12 10th/11th Grade 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Monday/Tuesday August 15 and 16 Make up - all grades 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Friday, August 12 9th,10th, and 11th New Student Orientation 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
This notice is to inform you that the customary summer mailer will not be mailed out this year.
The following items are required on registration day. Complete and print online forms, then submit with accompanying required information to the MVHS Admin office.

Student Accident/Health Insurance – Optional. Any student who participates in athletics must have proof of adequate medical insurance. This coverage meets that requirement. Available online www.peinsurance.com/signup

Proof of TDAP Immunization* – Effective July 1, 2011 Turn in proof to the nurse before August 11, 2011
Fines and Debts –Any student owing a fine or debt from last year must pay the bill prior to registering.
Address Verification – If you have moved over the summer, please bring in two proofs of residency, Rental/lease agreement or mortgage coupon or tax receipt and SDG&E, cable or water bills are acceptable.
