If you do not have access to Parent Portal, if requested by a Coach, or if for any other reason you desire more regular feedback on your student’s progress, Mission Vista has implemented a “Friday Progress Report” program.
Students may pick up Friday Progress Report forms in the office (room 712), from a teacher, or the form can be downloaded HERE.
Here’s how they work:

Students are responsible to obtain the form and to fill out their name, grade, date, and the subject/ teacher’s name information for each class.
- Students must present the form to the teacher at the beginning of each class period. Teachers will complete the desired information during the class period.
- It is the student’s responsibility to pick the form back up from the teacher at the end of the period.
In order to minimize interruptions to instruction, please note that FRIDAY PROGRESS REPORTS ARE FOR FRIDAYS ONLY.
Also, Friday Progress Reports should not be used on Fridays that coincide with the end of a Quarter, Mid-Term or Finals.
