- All English Language Learners will grow one level per year on the California English Language Development Test (CELDT).
- All students with three years or more of continuous District enrollment will perform at or above grade level in reading and writing.
- Average daily student attendance in the District will increase to 98%.
- Develop and implement a District-wide homework policy based upon a comprehensive review of current District homework practices.
- Develop a District-wide intervention plan to reduce discipline referrals, suspensions, expulsions, and dropouts and to increase the number of students meeting District graduation requirements.
- Develop a comprehensive plan for strengthening and expanding vocational/career preparation courses of study.
